How do Guests Find Their Vacation Villa?
An email will be sent with directions prior to arrival.
Are airport transfers provided?
Transfersare not included in the cost of our holidays. However wes canprovide this service at an additional cost. Transfers are either by taxi orminibus. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
How do Ibook a Villa or Apartment?
In 5 EasySteps:
3. Enteryour Arrival Date, Number of Nights, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Guests andpress SEARCH NOW. Advance search is available for you to add criteria toyour search.
4. Browsethrough our fantastic portfolio of villas and apartments, pick your favouriteand proceed to CONTINUE.
5. Completethe on-line Booking Form and make your Deposit Payment for your chosenaccommodation based on the booking terms and conditions. Once we havereceived the on-line Booking Form and payment has been approved, we send you,by email, the formal Reservation Confirmation, this will guarantee yourbooking.
How isPayment Made?
We have fullsecure online card payment facilities as well as paypal and bank transfer
Are TheRates Per Person Or For The Entire Villa?
Our ratesare for the entire villa on a nightly basis.
Are theprices in Sterling or Euros?All payments are taken in Euros.
On which days do bookings usually commence?
Most of ourvillas have flexible changeover days.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No this varies from country to country, please refer to theindividual villas page for more information or call the Reservation Team.
What is yourDeposit and Cancellation Policy?
EachVilla has its own booking terms and conditions. Please refer to the individualvilla page for details.
Do theVillas/Apartments with Satellite have English Channels?
Mostsatellite systems in Cyprus have over 50 channels, these are mainly a mixtureof Greek and European channels and usually there are limited English languagechannels. It is only those villas with a Sky satellite system that will haveproper English channels. If this is of importance to you, please check with usbefore making a booking.
Are towelsand linen provided?
Bed linenand bathroom towels are provided at all of our villas. We advise that you bringyour own towels for the beach. There will be 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel eachfor the number of people that the villa caters for e.g.: 4 bedroom villa, therewill be 8 of each provided. You of course may use the washing machine in thevilla.
Will an Ironand Ironing Board be provided?
Generallyall accommodation will have iron and ironing boards.
Generallyall accommodation will have hairdryers.
How often isthe accommodation cleaned
Theaccommodation will be cleaned and looking immaculate for your arrival. Furthercleaning will depend on the terms and condition of the specific accommodation.
Is Pool Heating Available?
poolsare only available when stated in the relevant villa description
and heating isonly in operation during the winter months - 1 Nov until
30 Apr. Most heatedpools are electrically heated but some are
solar-heated and the temperature ofthe pool will therefore depend on the
weather conditions. In certain cases acharge will be incurred for this
facility which may be payable locally or onyour booking invoice.
