What time is Check-in and Check-out, and what is the Check-in Procedure

How do Guests Find Their Vacation Villa?
An email will be sent with directions prior to arrival.
Are airport transfers provided?
Transfers are not included in the cost of our holidays. However yes can provide this service at an additional cost. Transfers are either by taxi or minibus. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
How do I book a Villa or Apartment?
In 5 Easy Steps:
1. Select Destination
2. Select Resort
3. Enter your Arrival Date, Number of Nights, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Guests and press SEARCH NOW. Advance search is available for you to add criteria to your search.
4. Browse through our fantastic portfolio of villas and apartments, pick your favourite and proceed to CONTINUE.
5. Complete the on-line Booking Form and make your Deposit Payment for your chosen accommodation based on the booking terms and conditions. Once we have received the on-line Booking Form and payment has been approved, we send you,by email, the formal Reservation Confirmation, this will guarantee your booking.
How is Payment Made?
We have full secure online card payment facilities as well as paypal and bank transfer
Are The Rates Per Person Or For The Entire Villa?
Our ratesare for the entire villa on a nightly basis.
Are the Prices in Sterling or Euros?
All payments are taken in Euros.On which days do bookings usually commence?
Most of our villas have flexible changeover days.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No this varies from country to country, please refer to the individual villas page for more information or call the Reservation Team.
What is your Deposit and Cancellation Policy?
Each Villa has its own booking terms and conditions. Please refer to the individual villa page for details.
Do the Villas/Apartments with Satellite have English Channels?
Most satellite systems in Cyprus have over 50 channels, these are mainly a mixture of Greek and European channels and usually there are limited English language channels. It is only those villas with a Sky satellite system that will have proper English channels. If this is of importance to you, please check with us before making a booking.
Are towels and linen provided?
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided at all of our villas. We advise that you bring your own towels for the beach. There will be 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel each for the number of people that the villa caters for e.g.: 4 bedroom villa, there will be 8 of each provided. You of course may use the washing machine in the villa.
Will an Iron and Ironing Board be provided?
Generallyall accommodation will have iron and ironing boards.
Are Hairdryers Provided
Generally all accommodation will have hairdryers.
How often is the accommodation cleaned
The accommodation will be cleaned and looking immaculate for your arrival. Further cleaning will depend on the terms and condition of the specific accommodation.
Is Pool Heating Available?
Heated
pools are only available when stated in the relevant villa description
and heating is only in operation during the winter months - 1 Nov until
30 Apr. Most heated pools are electrically heated but some are
solar-heated and the temperature of the pool will therefore depend on the
weather conditions. In certain cases a charge will be incurred for this
facility which may be payable locally or on your booking invoice.
