Perfect villa for a family of 5, spacious, clean and well looked after. Convenient for local shops, beach and restaurants in a quiet location and only a 6 minute drive to the much busier Protaras and 17 minutes to Ayia Napa.

The place was very clean and located in a lovely neighborhood. Within a few minutes’ walk, you reach the main street with restaurants and shops, and the beach is just 6–7 minutes away. I was traveling with my kids, and Demby kindly made it possible for us to check in earlier — thank you for that! The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was also clean, but please note that it is shared — this is clearly mentioned by the host.

Lovely villa, as described in details, we were surprised the main bedroom had an en suite as this isn't mentioned anywhere, massive plus for us! Very clean and welcoming feel. The pool was amazing and very needed in the heat. We were allowed entry a few hours early on our arrival and an hour later for our departure which we were very grateful for. Communication was always prompt. Very close to Pernera strip, which had a great choice of restaurants, 2 beaches were also within about a 10min walk. The bus stop was also at the end of the road which was ideal. Lovely holiday and we urge anyone to book this villa, you won't be disappointed.

Very close to Nissi Beach, few supermarkets, and few restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Good communication and quick response time.

There are thousands of villas in Cyprus, we spent ages looking for one with a fenced in pool due to little one. This one was shortlisted and turned out to be THE perfect Airbnb. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom, one bedroom downstairs with an ensuite. Seperate toilet downstairs too. The real highlight was the outside, fully fenced in garden, luxurious furniture and critically the pool (which was heated!) had a lockable gate in to it. Also 10 minute walk to perfect Agia Thekla beach. This place is amazing.

The property offers many amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Especially the well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven and a large refrigerator was a plus, so we could easily cook ourselves. A highlight was the spacious terrace, from which you could see the sea in the distance. The covered parking was also convenient, especially in hot temperatures.

Everything you need was there, Stephanie was also very helpful and responsive, couldn’t ask for anymore , Two minutes walk to the beach and plenty of eating places around.

everything exceeded are expectations. The location was excellent, quiet area with a few small supermarkets and bus stop at the bottom of road. Lovely Taverna 5 minute walk away with excellent food.

The villa is in a perfect location, only a short walk to Malana beach and to Kennedy Avenue, where you will find shops bars and restaurants. We hired a car it was great to get around only a 10 minute drive to the strip of Protaras. The villa is perfectly equipped, all you need for a perfect holiday, would definitely recommend. And good communication from host
