Enter into a spacious open plan living/dining area and be impressed with the stylish simplicity of the furnishings. The lounge area has a corner sofa complimented by quality blinds and cushions, and a coffee table. A flat screen TV sits on the TV unit, whilst two windows let the light flood into the property. The dining area consists of dining table with 8 chairs. Decorative vases and wall canvasses complete the property’s stylish look. A side door leads out on to a covered patio area where the outside table is located, as well as an outdoor shower
The kitchen benefits from large patio doors, with curtains, and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A window, with blind, above the double sink looks out over the back garden. The property also has a downstairs w/c with window and en suite bedroom with double bed Go through the patio doors and find yourself on a patio covered by pergola. A dining table and 8 chairs make eating al fresco a delight, especially when it has been cooked on the BBQ.
