It is close to all the major attractions and you have restaurants and cafes at your doorstep You will have access to the full apartment and also the huge rooftop deck with BBQ I use a concierge to look after my place while I'm gone and they will welcome you to the apartment, show you around, show how to turn on the TV, the A/C and how to operate the washing machine and dryers. They will also recommend restaurants and tours (winery tours, whale watching, jumping off a plane, etc) if you want to add a bit of spice to your stay while you are visiting.
