GROUND FLOOR On this floor you will find the living space, garden, and separate WC. SITTING ROOM On the ground floor is a comfortable living room, with TV, DVD player and small selection of DVDs. To the rear of the living room is an additional seating area with large patio doors offering views out across the garden.

KITCHEN The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home including a range cooker. DINING AREA Through the kitchen, there's a dining area with views out over the courtyard garden. COURTYARD GARDEN Accessed directly from the dining area and the sitting room, this is a lovely spot to spend a summer's evening| WC Just inside the front door is the downstairs WC. FIRST FLOOR Climb the stairs and you will be presented with the bedrooms and bathroom. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a great king-sized bed and ample storage.

BEDROOM TWO The second bedroom (which can be set up as a twin or double)also benefits from generous storage options. BEDROOM THREE The third bedroom has a single bed and views across the garden to the rear.
