DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR PROPERTY. PLEASE ATTEND THE BEST OF MAGNETIC REAL ESTATE OFFICE LOCATED OPPOSITE THE NELLY BAY FERRY TERMINAL. KEY COLLECTION & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE 1/ Complete check-in form. Attend the Best of Magnetic Office to complete the guest registration form. The office is across the car park, directly opposite the Magnetic Island ferry terminal in Nelly Bay in the IGA building. 2/ Show Photo I.D. You will need photo I.D. to confirm your identity. 3/ Credit Card Security. A valid credit card is required at check-in for security and any additional charges during your stay. The cardholder will need to be present and sign the agreement. 4/ You're ready to go! We will provide you keys and guest information relevant to the property you are staying.
