Both sofas can extend into double sofa beds enabling 3 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children to sleep in the living-room.
BEDROOM / STUDY This is located on the right hand side off the hallway and has a king size sofa bed, a cupboard and drawers and a desk nicely placed by the windows overlooking Queen Square. In an adjacent utility room is the washing machine together with shelves and ample hanging space for clothes.
