All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property. 4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone| LOCATION: The apartment is located in the Barcelona's Poblenou famous for the Rambla and for traditional restaurants and shops.The area is between the Old Town, the beaches and the marina. The main square (Plaza de Catalunya) is at 5 minutes by taxi or 4 Metro's stops.
Bus station is at 50 meters. Shopping Center are at walking distance (10 min.).

How to arrive:
1. Meeting point is at RECEPTION's Address, provided in the Booking Confirmation. Reception is located in the same building. 2. Reception @ Calle Perelló 21 Barcelona (+34 653 490 165) 3. Keys will be delivered during the Check-IN. 4. Provide expected arrival time 48 hours before your arrival, at: [email protected]. 5. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land. 6. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided). 7. If Rent Balance is paid by Credit Card, 1,5% extra charges might be applied (3% for AMEX) 8. Please make sure to agree during the Check IN, the expected Check OUT time. 9. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Early (if available and agreed in advance) or Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has a 30 Euros charge. Late Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 50 Euros. Night Check-In (after 00:30, only upon request) has an extra charge of 60 Euros. 10. Standard Check OUT is from 8:00 to 10:30. Late Check Out has a Charge of 30 Euros (if available, to be agreed and confirmed in advance) 11. Security Deposit is only taken as Credit Card Pre-authorization, there for is not charged on bank account unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...) 12. Tourist Tax has to be paid at the check IN in CASH. Tourism Tax is 2.48 Euros x adult person (+16Y) x night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
