The Cheviots is designed over three levels, the top 2 of which enjoy comfortable entertaining spaces and sheltered balconies that offer unsurpassed ocean or mountain views. The property is entered from the driveway on the ground level, which houses two of the five bedrooms as well as the garage| The first bedroom offers a twins-to-king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and opens on a peaceful and summer cool back garden with stunning views of the Twelve Apostles Mountains.
