This apartment presents an exceptional lifestyle address right in the heart of Chippendale. The property comes well equiped and offers exceptional privacy with a great sense of size and space, thanks to large north east facing floor to ceiling windows which let in plenty of natural light.
The Space:
There is an open living area, gas kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large bedroom.
A very well equiped home with all the day today needs. Additionally there is a stylish bathroom and a space for internal laundry. Guest Access: The apartment is rented as an entire apartment and the tenant can enjoy all the space in the apartment and facility- ALL TO YOURSELF Interaction with Guests: I only interact with guests via AirBnb, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary.
Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant. I will not be present at this property during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person| The Neighborhood: With Sydney University, George St & CBD shopping, UTS and Central Railway transport hub all nearby, this apartment is at the epicentre of the Sydney hustle bustle. Chippendale is well known for it's nightlife, cafe's and artsy decor! Getting Around: The amazing transportation facilities within and around chippendale, make it one of the most accessible suburb. Trains, buses and cars!! Other Things to Note: -No smoking or party allowed -Please take off your shoes before you enter the premises -To ensure the issue of over use of the electricity and gas will not happening during your stay, the guests should not use the amount exceeding of $9 per day (the average use of a 4-ppl staying apartment is $7|2 per day) for electricity. A claim for the extra cost will be made against your security deposit if so. -To provide a cleaness and comfortable place for you to stay, we only cooperate with Cleaning Service company and had a standard Cleaning charge.
Professional cleaning team will come post checking out and ensure the cleanliness of the apartment before every guest checking in. -We also expect guests to keep their room and common area tidy throughout their stay so as to avoid extra cleaning fees. -Rental Rules: In renting the apartment, guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules we set out on Airbnb throughout the duration of their stay at the property.
All members of the rental party and any guests invited into the property will be expected to abide by the same rules. House Rules: • No smoking • Not suitable for pets • No parties or events • Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) • Check-in is anytime after 2PM
