KITCHEN & LIVING AREA Spacious and bright, the open-plan kitchen and dining area boasts a modern design and offers the ideal space for dining and gathering with friends and family. The kitchen area is fitted with sleek black and white furniture and is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including ovens, kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and an electric hob. A glass dining table for 4-6 people is nicely placed between the living area and kitchen.

A comfortable sitting area consisting of 3 sofas, a fireplace and a TV is nicely set at the back of the room. FIRST BEDROOM This room is situated on the first floor and offers a comfortable single bed, a wardrobe and a desk and shelves set by the large windows. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a trundle bed which can extend to sleep 2 people, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and an electric piano.

STUDY (THIRD BEDROOM) The study is located on the first floor and features a sofa which can extend to become a double sofa bed. There are cabinets, shelves and a desk in this room, perfect for working or studying. SHOWER ROOM On the first floor is an immaculate bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin.

MASTER SUITE This spacious, bright room is situated on the second floor and offers a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, a large mirror and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a WC, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower. GARDEN The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s bi-fold glass doors and it is currently being renovated to provide the ideal space for meals al fresco and relaxing with friends and family (not yet photographed)| House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, the sofa bed in the study is a small double and might be better suited for 1 adult only, rather than 2.
