Enjoy free and unlimited usage, during your stay. This apartment accommodates two people sleeping in one bedroom with one 'Kingsize' memory foam mattress (150x200cm). The bed has no footboard| Maximum of 2 guests at all times. No business use without prior discussion with the owner. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electrical cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer and Vitroceramic cooktop.

Kensington High Street and the Kings Road, both very good shopping areas, within walking distance, along-with four major UK Museums. Also Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are great places to laze around or to go jogging. Car hire is available nearby and on-street pay & display parking is available, but is limited.
No pets, no smokers or smoking (smoke alarms). Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am. Check ins after 8pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of ÂŁ70| Damage deposit of ÂŁ400, this which is automatically canceled after verifying the apartment conditions upon departure and no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay. This will collected at the time of booking. End cleaning is included, but the property should still be left in reasonable condition with all you belongings and rubbish removed.
