About Holiday House 1796130 - Dubrovnik in Croatia
This gorgeous comfortable house is situated in a quiet area of the Old Town. It has a large private terrace with a small garden directly outside the front door. The private shaded terrace with a garden and a dining table, a rare find in the Old Town, are the highlight of the property and it’s perfect to sit and enjoy an evening glass of wine.
The walk to the house requires minimal stairs, as it is mostly flat. The house has 2 floors. The ground floor has a combined kitchen and eating area, 1 full bathroom and a separate living room with a TV.
The stair case leads to the top level with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. There is a balcony off of the hallway on the top floor which looks onto the ancient ruins| House amenities: AC (all rooms), TV, iron, ironing board hairdryer, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator. The property is located in the Old Town within easy access to restaurants, shops and main street Stradun. The famous Banje beach is only 300 meters away, while the Old Port with boat connections to the island of Lokrum is within 5 minute walking distance| House Aquila sleeps 6 guests. *In respond to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us.
In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

How to arrive:
The check in takes place at our located in the Old Town at the address Siroka Ulica 4, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 5 pm. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before that time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
