The entry to the unit is private. There is a shared parking lot for the duplex and a neighboring home- and you would have one designated parking spot to use in the lot. The Neighborhood: The home is in the Midtown neighborhood- located just south of downtown Minneapolis.

It is a densely populated, diverse area with a population of people from many nationalities. Our neighborhood is in the heart of the city and is a mix of homes, apartment buildings, and businesses. We are also just a 10 minute walk to the Midtown Global Market- home to many different restaurants and small shops- and a brewery! We love our neighborhood because of the many restaurants and breweries nearby as well as close proximity to other vibrant neighborhoods- and hope you love it too! Just 1|5 miles away from both Downtown and Uptown. 1.5 miles from US Bank Stadium 20 minute drive to the Mall of America and the airport| Blocks to Abbott Northwestern and Children's Hospital Getting Around: Public transportation is very close- the house is located on a bus line and is a short walk to the Chicago-Lake Transit Center with access to multiple bus routes. Uber and Lyft are also widely available- an Uber ride to downtown Minneapolis is about $7. Minneapolis is a bike-friendly city with bike lanes built into many streets; and the Midtown Greenway is a short ride away!
