This is a comfortable 4-bedrooms seafront house with a terrace and a Jacuzzi located in a quiet and peaceful residential part of Dubrovnik. The Old town is easily accessible by foot within less then 20 minutes walking. The nearest beach is just a few minutes walking distance from the property|
The house spreads on two levels. The ground floor consists of a large living/dining room, veranda, separate kitchen, bathroom and one single bedroom. From the veranda, glass doors open directly onto the front terrace offering a remarkable sea view.
The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, an outside dining table, a summer kitchen and spa room with a Jacuzzi. The internal staircase connects the ground and first floor which consists of two double bedrooms with a balcony offering a sea view, a bathroom with a shower and master ensuite bedroom with a double bed.Private parking in the garage for one medium sized vehicle is available for guests| Amenities include: AC, SAT TV, hi-fi, WiFi, full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, terrace, Jacuzzi and private parking for one medium sized vehicle. The house is located in a quiet residential area called Gorica. The nearest beaches are just 200 meters away (Libertas and Bellevue) from the house and the Old Town is located only 15-20 minutes walking.
The house would suite a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik. House Hedera IV sleeps 7 (+1*) guest * Possibility to accommodate 1 additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. *In respond to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc|), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

How to arrive:
The check in takes place at our central reception at the address Ivana Matijaševića 14, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 3 pm for apartments and from 5 pm for houses and villas. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before the official check in time time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you and drive you there free of charge.
