This is an attached home, part of a larger fourplex building- your access and space are both private| This home is two levels- all bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. 1.5 bathroom on first level.

There is a parking lot adjacent to the home and you would have one off-street spot for use. Street parking is also available. We are happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations| The Neighborhood: The home is in the Midtown neighborhood- located just south of downtown Minneapolis. It is a densely populated, diverse area with a population of people from many nationalities. Our neighborhood is in the heart of the city and is a mix of homes, apartment buildings, and businesses.

We are also just a 10 minute walk to the Midtown Global Market- home to many different restaurants and small shops- and a brewery! We love our neighborhood because of the many restaurants and breweries nearby as well as close proximity to other vibrant neighborhoods- and hope you love it too! Just 1.5 miles away from both Downtown and Uptown. 1|5 miles from US Bank Stadium 20 minute drive to the Mall of America and the airport. Blocks to Abbott Northwestern and Children's Hospital. Getting Around: Public transportation is very close- the house is located on a bus line and is a short walk to the Chicago-Lake Transit Center with access to multiple bus routes.

Uber and Lyft are also widely available- an Uber ride to downtown Minneapolis is about $7. Minneapolis is a bike-friendly city with bike lanes built into many streets; and the Midtown Greenway is a short ride away! US Bank Stadium is just a 30 minute walk away or a quick bus ride for those in town for events at the Stadium. Other Things to Note: As the building is shared by other tenants and guests it is appreciated that noise be kept to a minimum| The units are non-smoking and pet-free. The house is located on a busy street during the day- primarily due to the hospital across the street and the bus line- though it does quiet down significantly at night. Noise, however, has never been an issue| We have exterior cameras and noise monitoring software inside the home(it monitors decibel and CO2 levels). House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM

How to arrive:

Address of home is 737 E 27th Street- it is large red house on the corner of Chicago Ave and East 27th Street (just make sure you are entering unit 737- unit number is above the door!) From Chicago Ave turn onto E. 27th Street and turn into the first alley on your left. Parking lot is the first paved lot on your left. You can use any one parking spot- there is no assigned parking. If additional parking spots are needed there is street parking available, make sure to follow the parking signs. Walk around to the front of the house for the lock box/keys.
