DINING ROOM The property opens on to the dining room, with wooden floors, a dining table and chairs for 6 guests and minimalist wooden shelves. KITCHEN The dining room leads through to the spacious and modern kitchen. With monochrome décor, this kitchen is sleek and sophisticated.

It has all the amenities you will need all inbuilt. Behind the kitchen island, is the living space. There are bar stools next to the kitchen island, for more relaxing dining if you need.

LIVING SPACE The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a large skylight that occupies the whole of the ceiling, above. There is a glass coffee table, sofa and rug, as well as a television in the corner. Paintings of seascapes decorate the wall.

The living room includes a single sofa bed, for 1 guest, if required. Down a flight of stairs to the lower ground floor, to the bedrooms. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom has a super-king sized bed, and a door to access the small courtyard space.

There is also a cupboard for storage. BATHROOM The modern bathroom has a bath, with overhead shower, a sink and WC. MASTER BEDROOM This bedroom has a King-sized Emperor style bed, as well as a chest of drawers and large in built wardrobe.

This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom has a shower, WC and large sink, with mirror above. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties!
