About Holiday Apartment 1898953 - Salt Gut in Jamaica
The Apartment is close to Ian Flemings Golden Eye, Noel Coward's Fire Fly, Ian Fleming International Airport.
The Space:
My place is close to public transport and the airport. It is good for solo adventurers and business travelers, families, lovers and friends.
The apartment can hold up to 4 people and in addition to being safe and attractive, they are very very affordable.! Just to inform you, there are stairs you must climb.|. Guest Access: The guests are of course entitled to the exclusive use of their bedroom. The public spaces and the roof garden is available to all residents of the building, to relax and recreate themselves in the evenings| Interaction with Guests: I and my colleagues stand ready to offer such assistance and advice as we can if our input is requested. Of course, we very much wish our guests to have a good time, and will do all we reasonably can to ensure that. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet, almost rural area, that is lucky enough to be within reasonable reach of all of St.
Mary's, and even St. Ann's attractions. Located less than 2 minutes away from Ian Fleming Airport, it rises sharply from the shore and become the peacful scenic and respectable residential area of Boscobel| Cool and scenic, Boscobel has been attractive to immigrants and many returning residents live here along with other middle and upper middle-class residents. The incidence of crime is very low, and there are several local bars and grocery shops etc where provisions can be purchased. Getting Around: It is always better to have personal transport.
Boscobel however, is not bad when it comes to public transport. There are several taxis that run up and down regularly, and you can easily make an arrangement with a taxi driver to take you from place to place. Other Things to Note: We intend to develop this property as a venue for various family occasions, such as weddings, reunions, cocktail parties, Bar Mitzvahs etc| We believe that with it's generous rooftop gazebo, and and evident beauty all around you, this would be an excellent location for a family celebration. We are willing to assist you in organizing such a function. Just ask us about it| Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest. In the unlikely event of a power outage, all rooms are supplied with battery powered light fixtures. We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc| However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays. The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for an extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done|.. Normally, between the hours of 9|00am to 5pm, there is no charge for checking in or out, as our apartment keys are located at an office that closes at 5.00 pm sharp. If you decide to come with independent transport, please note that the only parking available is street parking right out side the building.
This is where all our tenants have parked over the years, and nothing unpleasant has happened in this time. After hours, however, overtime payments become unavoidable, as someone has to be present in the apartment til the guests' arrival or departure. Hence there is a US$10|00 charge for each late check in or out. Commencing November 2017, we will be providing our guests with a local phone , including a small startup credit. This is for them to use in the event of emergencies and as a local convenience| These phones are provided FOC, and as a gesture of goodwill and concern for our guests. Please note carefully however that should the phone be lost or damaged while it is in the guests possession, there will be a charge of US$100.00.
There is no parking on premises, but parking is available on the street in-front the premises. The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking. New cleanings are very easy to arrange! All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first| Wifi signal: We have a subscription with Flow which is the largest and best supplier of cable phone and internet. However, quite often, our guests experience difficulties, particularly with the wifi signal. Unfortunately, there is no other supplier in the area| We are constantly trying to get this problem resolved, however it does recur from time to time. This is something that the traveler should take into consideration. And one that we have no control over| Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month.
