External premises are equipped with surveillance and security system. As our house keeper changes furniture & wall hanging pictures, etc. regularly, some of the furnishings may not exactly the same shown in some of the pictures.

Common area at house/suite may have a very limited access by us if needed, due to control system. Sometime “Default” heading of the description confuse the readers. “The Chateau” is a huge luxury & Beautiful property.

It consist of main house and two basement suites with different options. Please note that your Exclusive Private Room is a part of the Suite which is independent, containing two bedrooms shared with common kitchen, living area and washroom with separate entry. You will have your own privacy in room and no access to/from main house/ other basement suite| Please note that, if the channel is not charging the city tax(11% of total price) and cleaning fee(CAD 75) and the management fee i.e. the channel's commission (15-20% of total price), then the guests are required to pay at the time of their arrival|
