The chateau has the best of both worlds. This home is situated at a central location with a lane access, and a paved road, with Ample street parking facilities. Offering furnished rentals in Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland and conveniently located.

“The Chateau” is a huge luxury & Beautiful property. It consist of main house and two basement suites with different options. Please note that your 4BR M/U Fls Hse is independent, containing four bedrooms with kitchen and living area with separate entry.

You will have your own privacy and no access to/from main house/ other basement suite(s). Please note that, if the channel is not charging the city tax(11% of total price) and cleaning fee(CAD 300) and the management fee i.e.

the channel's commission (15-20% of total price), then the guests are required to pay at the time of their arrival.
