Our cozy two bed house is ideal for couples travelling to Leeds. The property is newly renovated two bed house set up entirely for the use of short term guests with free WIFI, freeview TV and two lovely comfy double beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room should you need that extra space for another guest.

There is a separate shower/bath/toilet room and an equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook a meal. The Space: The house is a two bed terraced house that has been converted for the sole use of serviced accommodation. The two bedrooms are of a good size with double beds in each.

There is also a travel cot and sofa bed that can be used. You will need to bring your own bedding for the travel cot and sofa bed. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the property| The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is residential and therefore no noise can be tolerated what so ever. The house is situated above a self contained flat and noise travels very easily through the floor and to next door. We can not tolerate any kind of noise what so ever| Getting Around: The number 4 and 4g busses pass the property on the main road every 10 minutes, to Leeds City Centre. A taxi costs between £5 and £6 depending on where in Leeds City Centre you go. Other Things to Note: The property is in a residential area and can not tolerate any kind of noise what so ever.

The property is not suitable for parties or for those intending to use the property as a base for clubbing in Leeds City Centre. The property is a family home and is intended for this use. Any reports off noise through the night will result in the guests being asked to leave buy the nigh security personnel| House Rules: • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
