This great and nice villa for your vacation near the beaches (200 meters) and all services lies in Giannella just in front of the Monte Argentario headland. The Villa offers various
equipped terraces, outside areas and gardens. Ideal for an outdoor summer vacation with the whole family|
The Space:
You enter the large property through a large wooden gate and find the place to park at least two cars directly on the property. The villa is surrounded by different outside areas. In front a beautiful terrace with a large sun awning, on the side a kind of outside living room and behind a gazebo with barbecue for outside lunch and dinner and direct access to the kitchen|
Inside of the villa you find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a chimney, one room with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed and two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
All the rooms have high ceilings that reach until under the roof, ceiling ventilators and air conditioning.
The villa is ideal for a family with up to 4 children, or two couples, looking for a relaxing seaside vacation.
The place is also an ideal departure point to discover Monte Argentario, Porto Santo Stefano, the tuscan cultural cities and sights. Welcome in Maremma and the 'Giannella'! Guest Access: Guests have the exclusive access to the whole villa, the garden, the outdoor areas and the BBQ. Interaction with Guests: We are always at your disposal to help our guests if necessary but also to give good tips and information: the best beaches, great restaurants nearby, bars, sights, sports, excursions|.. The Neighborhood: The villa is located in the quiet, residential part of Giannella.
The sea and the beaches are 200 meters away and can be reached quickly with very short walk. The 'Giannella' is a promontory of beaches, nearly 8 km long. Getting Around: The bus stop for buses to Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole and Grosseto is only 200 meters far away| Other Things to Note: Electricity consumption not included (air-conditioning). To be payed on check-out following real consumption (€ 0.35 KWHour)| Final cleaning € 80,00. To be paid on arrival. Bedlinen and towels are not included but can be rented with us at the price of Euro 15,00 per person and change| House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in time is 4PM - 8PM
