Luxury apartment in a new building in Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 5 minutes away.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area.
Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area. This one bedroom 34 sqm apartment is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, AC and safe| The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony.
The sofa turns into a bed for the third guest. The swimming pool, gym and restaurant is on the 8th floor, there are stairs and also a handicap elevator. High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by reception upon arrival.
Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough. Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours before check in date. We offer transfers for easy arrival and departure| If this apartment is not available do not hesitate to contact us, we can offer you alternative accommodation. This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours.
Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage| Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning is not included.
If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB per time. Late check in is available on request free of charge|
