A large swimming pool with deck and sun loungers by the side.
There is a kid's pool and a spa pool for up to 12 people. The kid's playground is ideal to entertain. On the ground floor the house is open plan living with a large living room with TV and DVD, dining table and a large european style kitchen.
In the back a small laundry room is perfect for long stays. On the ground floor there is a desk and a toilet. On the first floor the master bedroom is ensuite with AC and a king size bed| The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite shower facilities. On the third floor a large bedroom has a queen, this bedroom is ensuite as well and has terrace access. The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining| Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning.
Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available free of charge!
