On the second level, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with a single bed and a double bed, both have ensuite bathrooms, AC and black out curtains. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet.

The ensuite bathroom has separate toilet, walk in shower and bathtub with a large mirror and hair dryer.  The hallway has a large couch and TV room is set here for entertainment.  On the ground floor the 5th bedroom is ensuite and a walk in shower.

This is a perfect bedroom for the elderly. The living room is spacious, equipped with AC and TV opens to the garden and the dining area, which has another AC. The kitchen has access to the garden too, and it is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stovetop, rice cooker, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as all kitchen utensils.

BBQ is available too! The garden has furniture to enjoy outdoor dining and the parking area is roofed and has a gate. Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.

Cleaning is not included, price is 3,000 bath per cleaning.
