About Holiday Villa 1968972 - Patong Beach in Thailand
4 bedroom villa in Patong, quiet location, only 7 minutes drive to Jungceylon, beach. 300 meters to restaurant and 7-11. Â
The villa has a large living room with TV on the ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen (pans, pots, microwave, rice cooker, large fridge) and indoor dining area.
The pool is very private. One bedroom is on this floor, along with a full bathroom and 2 single sofa beds in a family area next to the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one has a queen bed, second one a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Third bedroom has 2 king beds , ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Located on a small road it is quiet Patong location but very near Bangla, Thai boxing stadium, beach, temple, markets. There are restaurants down the hill.
The price includes electric and water use. Please turn off AC when you are not in the villa. No smoking inside (penalties apply).
No pets. No shoes inside. Daily cleaning during your stay is not included.
Cost is 2,400 baht per time and it includes linen and towel change. If you wish to have a chef at the villa we can arrange it! Breakfast, lunch and dinner for a small fee. Late check in is available free of charge on request|

How to arrive:
The villa is on Soi Manisi, just behind "Sai Rougn Residence". Inform us in advance your arrival time as our staff is not in the property and it will take about 15 minutes to reach.
