On a quiet, tree-lined street, this home has a small front garden and black cast iron gate. On the right of the entrance hall, is the living room.
LIVING ROOM
With beautiful high ceilings and a classic fireplace, this living room comprises two sofas and an armchair|One sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed, to sleep 2 guests. The room is decorated with unique artwork and trinkets. Beside the fireplace is a desk with chair and lamp.
On the opposite side, is a television, with bookcase above. On the left hand side of the room, is a music space, with a grand piano. There is also a second fireplace here.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM Down a few steps to the back of the house, with the large open-plan kitchen and dining area. There is a seating area, with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove. On the right, is a long dining table and chairs, with colourful artwork on the wall behind.
The kitchen itself is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. It is fitted in a beautiful green, with a cool concrete worktop. GARDEN Accessed through doors in the kitchen, the garden is large in size, with slate paving and a lawn beyond, surrounded by plants.
UTILITIES The utilities including the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found on the lower ground floor, accessed through a door in the hall. FIRST BEDROOM On the first floor, this bedroom is perfect for a space to relax in. It includes a futon, which can be converted into a small double bed.
There is also a television and armchair, as well as artwork on the walls. BATHROOM The bathroom is all in white, with a bath, WC and basin, with large mirror. There is also a walk-in shower.
SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom includes a double bed, as well as a fireplace and a desk, with chair. There is a bookcase above the desk and a wardrobe for storage on the right of the fireplace. This room also includes another futon bed- which can be converted into a small double bed.
MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is expansive in size and also includes a marbled fireplace. There is a super-king size bed in the centre of the space, with artwork on the surrounding walls. On the right, there is a large wardrobe for storage.
FOURTH BEDROOM Upstairs on the top floor of this home, is a further bedroom, with a double bed. This room also includes a bookshelf and wardrobe. FIFTH BEDROOM The final bedroom is spacious and includes a double bed, with a wardrobe on the right-hand side.
BATHROOM There is a bathroom on this floor, with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. House Rules: No smoking, pets or parties! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
