Stay at this light and bright 1BR apartment at City Walk, The apartment features a wall length window in the living area that fills sun light through out. From the balcony the views are towards the boulevard on one side and Safa Road on the other side. Decor of the unit is modern.

The apartment is offered will all the appliances and utilities installed. The bedroom is en-suite and is fitted with built-in wardrobes. Situated at the corner of Al Mustaqbal and 13th street next to the Valiant Clinic.

It is only a 2 minutes’ drive to to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Downtown. Located in Jumeirah, conveniently situated at the junction of Al Wasl Road and Safa Road, having 1.3 kilometers of promenade for public enjoyment and directly accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road towards Jumeirah.

How to arrive:
