We rent a separate room for 2 persons with double bed and private bathroom, which can be reached via the beautiful courtyard. Garden furniture and a barbecue area are available. On the roof there is a large terrace with a beautiful view over the countryside.

The courtyard is shared with the guests of Casa Francisco, which can also be rented from us| This house is located in the small village of Casal da Murta, 2 km from the wide sandy beach of Praia da Areia Branca, which can be reached via the country road. However, over the country lanes, one gets on foot to closer lonely bathing bays (only 1 km). The Neighborhood: Praia da Areia Branca is a typical bathing resort of the Portuguese.

Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese people from the surrounding area come for a bath. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer.

Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy.

The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby.
