Relax in the sub tropical garden and Infinity private pool, the cosy Villa was totally refurbished to a high standard in autumn 2018, a prime position on the slopes of mount Gaida volcano, La Asomada, very tranquil breathtaking views, and centrally located south/east coast, sunshine from sun rise to sun set, this traditional Canaries style home with original lava rock walls, and awarded the Tourist boards special certified license CR-35-3-0000026 for a traditional rustic style design and granted permission to officially accommodate guests for tourism, the villa is for 2 guests + 2 for children included in daily rental rate.
The interiors have been designed by a well known (local) interior designer to enhance the canerian ambience, and exteriors by a specialist architect from Mallorca, and spread over 375 sqm 4036 sqf of garden terraces and sunshaded chill out areas including a mature subtropical/Palm gardens, a private Infinity swimming pool 3.00 wide x 5|50 long, plus 150 Cm to 170 cm deep, heated in winter/autumn/early spring with a featured covered lounge terrace and large L shaped daybed/garden sofa, coffee table, and subdued led garden and overhead lighting , a wind protected sunbathing terrace , with sun-loungers and designer sunshades with rustling palm trees with wild nesting canaries, overlooking the coastline and islands of Lobos, and Fuerteventura.
A profesional lava stone barbecue (Gas fired) has just been installed, which gives a special BBQ flavoured food, on the special lowering grill for optimal cooking conditions.

How to arrive:
Please call/message by SMS or whats app 717776001 or call +34 717776001 when Leaving the airport to confirm your on your way so that we meet with you upon your arrival. take the only roundabout direction to the CITY/CIUDAD/ARRECIFE LZ 2, direction ,after 75 meters, then VERY IMPORTANT DON´T take the first right turning but go under the bridge 50 meters ahead direction YAIZA, follow the road bend round and up to the main highway and follow for the highway for 8.6 km (9 min) to the next roundabout (Macher) and take the next first sharp right road off the roundabout to La Asomada, follow this road for 600 meters to the next roundabout (with a school one side) take the third exit exiting the roundabout with the school on your right for 0.5 km until you come to a very modern house on your left, take the road oposite the house on your right, follow up the road bearing left at fork in the road for 75 meters, follow this road up the hill for 300 meters until you come to a main junction, cross this junction going uphill and you will see the large villa via Lactea 75 meters on your left hand side, go into the first entrance with number 29 camino guardilama Entrance, and park in the left hand corner, as the other parking space on your right is for the other villa, please don´t go into this villa as it´s not your villa, we will take your 3 min walk away to your villa via lactea/infinity call by whats app at 717776001 or +34 717776001 to confirm your on your way and when you arrive at the main carpark.

hire car, we recomend, paylesscarhire,Lanzarote all inclusive price from 10€ a day, collect the car from airport, taxi from the airport is 20 €
