For the more energetic, and especially those seeking walking in Madeira, it is hard to find a better starting point than this. The views of the sea and countryside seem to go on forever| The interior of the villa is very comfortable and has a layout that creates differentiated spaces and privacy. The spacious entrance hall opens is large and welcoming and leads, to a very large living area with open plan lounge and dining area, complete with pool table with French windows open directly to the garden and heated swimming pool. From the hall, a staircase leads down to 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

The third bedroom on the upper level is the Master suite, with a private seating area, en suite shower room and balcony with sea view. All of the bedrooms have a television. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer| There is a Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge/dining area, entrance hall and master suite have air-conditioning. Outside there are plenty of sun loungers, sun umbrellas, dining table and chairs and a covered barbecue area.

Swimming is possible all year round as there is a retractable pool cover. This is removed completely in the summer.
