Welcome to new era! This tiny maisonaite , in front of the sea, of 50 sqm with A/C that can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy the calmness of sleeping while listening to the soothing sound of sea waves. At the same time, Velanidia village is an ideal location to use as a base and visit beautiful places around, like the medieval Monemvasia, the mesmerizing Kithira, the exotic Elafonisos and the ancient Petrified Forest|Our house offers sea view and is located in the village port. In Velanidia you will see no cars because they are not allowed. There are parking places right outside the village to protect families from the noise, dangers and pollution of the cars| This tiny maisonaite is an independent and autonomous house of 50 sqm with A/C that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two floors and the access to the upper floor is from the internal staircase, where there is a equipped kitchenette with the dining table and a sofa which can be used as a bed. On the lower floor there is the bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a double bed which can accommodate up to 2 people.

This cute maisonette is ideal for families (2 adults & 2 teenagers) for couples or small group of friends (up to three people) Outdoor there is a sunny patio with furniture, a b.b.q (Fishermen offer their goods in the port , a variety of fresh fish which you can cook on your own ) and of course , it offer sea view direct in front of the sea| The atmosphere around it smells of sea salt and iodine, while the sea waves almost reach the house door. The little boats floating in the harbor give you a sense of the peaceful flow of life. In the little square located very close to the house you will find a mini market with traditional Greek goods, a traditional café |In the summer time this little square becomes livelier because of the folklore festivities where locals and visitors celebrate together. Keep in mind that during autumn - winter season restaurants/markets may be closed so you will need drive to Neapoli ( 30minutes) for launch/dinner/market. Fishermen offer their goods in the harbor, a variety of fresh fish which you can cook on your own| You can also have your coffee there or even your morning Ouzo, the traditional Greek drink you absolutely must try! Fishermen all around the country love it because it helps them narrate their adventures throughout the seas. Drinking Ouzo with a fisherman you ‘ve just met could be a quite interesting experience! A few meters down the road there is a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim and enjoy the sun. Also next to Velanidia settlement you can visit Cape Maleas, the most renown of the three capes of Peloponnese.

There are lots of places to visit in the broader area so if you are interested please don’t hesitate to ask us more information about it! House Rules : 1. There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

If you feel a need to smoke, you can use outdoor areas. 2. Please do not rearrange our furniture| 3. NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. 4 Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.

However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. 5 For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers| 6 PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES. 7 Please keep the apartment secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house| 8 Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, tanning products will stain or blench linen/towels. Please avoid using hand/bath towels with all skin products| 9 Please do not forget to switch off the button for hot water after use. Thank you and enjoy your stay .

How to arrive:

It is very easy to get to ''Dandy On the Beach'',only by using a GPS guide. The house is right at the beach. If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us, in order to help you find the way. In Velanidia you will see no cars because they are not allowed.
