A lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned villa in Caniço de Baixo one of the sunniest places on the island, Villa Amelia is south facing with private swimming pool and the perfect choice for a relaxing, away from it all holiday.
Accessed via a few steps, a covered terrace leads into the lounge which is conveniently open-plan to the dining area and kitchen, making it an ideal place for families to relax together.
Each of the three bedrooms has it's own bathroom and air conditioning|
Outside, flower beds border the pool terrace, and privacy from the neighbours is created by a wall of mature plants. A built in barbecue is available on the pool terrace for you to enjoy.
Unusually for villas in Madeira, complimentary transfers from and to the airport are offered|
Access to complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court (www.albatrozhotel.com)|

The resort of Caniço de Baixo offers a very complete set of amenities, including a couple of minimarkets, restaurants, bars, tennis and squash facilities in nearby hotels, a diving club, and the Galo Mar lido. A small promenade allows you to walk off those excessive meals, breathing the fresh sea air. A 30 minute climb, 3 minute drive or short bus ride brings you to Caniço village itself, where you will find more restaurants and bars, a large supermarket, a small shopping centre and the Medical Centre| Funchal is only a 20 minute drive away. Booking notes The advertised prices are based on a 6-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks or arrival, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period the full amount. This property is registered for an Alojamento Local lodging license nº26092/AL MUNICIPALITY ECOTAX You will be required to pay 1€ per person per night for all guests aged over 18 years old, up to a maximum of 5€ per person.
