Our house is situated at Las Colinas Hillside community by Puerta Cortes, 3 miles north of the city of La Paz. We're part of a small, gated cluster of homes on a hillside above the marina, nestled amidst the fairways of the stunning Gary Player signature golf course. Over looking the Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz, the house itself is a detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home decorated in the Mexican tradition| The Space: The master bed room has a king sized bed from which you can see the ocean and mountains without even lifting your head off the pillow. The same is true from the ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub. The rest of the ensuite comprises of double sink vanity, a tiled rain shower and a separate toilet room.

There is also a walk in closet. The second bedroom is a bright and spacious room with a queen sized bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and affords access on to the pergola covered, centre courtyard with views through the living room of the Sea of Cortez| The second bath room, with shower, is adjacent to the two queen bedrooms. Laundry area is appointed with a washer / dryer, ironing board and other necessities. The kitchen is furnished in stainless and granite.

It is completely outfitted for day to day living with a side by side fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glass stove top and oven. The dining room has seating for 8 and a buffet. The living room consists of a large sectional couch accompanied by a club chair, an entertainment centre with a small library of books, a 42” flat screen HD TV, iTV box, allowing your to watch TV shows and movies, DVD player and wireless internet All rooms have independent air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

The courtyard with its pergola and ceiling fan makes for a lovely shaded place to sit and read a book or sip a morning coffee. The large terrace that extends the length of the house, has patio door access from both the living room and master bedroom. It has one of the most beautiful views in La Paz, over looking the Sea of Cortez|. As Jack Cousteau named it” the Aquarium of the world”. It is not unusual to see dolphin swimming by on a still, flat morning| Open the gate at the end of the terrace and you have access to a lovely manicured green lawn to do your morning stretching or yoga. Steps away from the terrace you can go for a swim in the 25 meter infinity pool or just relax on one of the chaise lounges. Guest Access: All our guests are welcome to use Las Colinas pool situated next to the house, also welcome to the Blue Cortes beach club @ Puerta Cortes| Interaction with Guests: We are very responsive to text messages, calls and emails. The Neighborhood: Puerta Cortes community has a lot to offer, many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, private beach club, tennis courts, wonderful Espiritu Spa at the hotel along with a beautiful Gary player signature golf course. Getting Around: There are many options to move around La Paz.

Puerta Cortes provides with a shuttle from the Marina to Downtown, under a schedule. There are taxis available at the Hotel, Uber is also an option and I have a very reliable drivers I can offer as airport transportation with reasonable fees.
