Overview This 4 bedroom pool villa in Bang Tao features a large swimming pool surrounded by big garden in a gated community. Unlike other villas in the area, there is green grass and lots of yard space. Perfect for families and groups of friends.

Neighbourhood This neighbourhood of Bang Tao is residential and very quiet, safe and well located. The villa is just a short ride to the boat avenue and Bang Tao beach! You can keep your car or motorbikes securely behind the villas own parking gate. Layout On the ground floor there is an indoor/outdoor dining area, in case it rains or you would just like to hide from the sunshine.

The villa has a nice western style kitchen is equipped with burners, electric kettle, rice cooker and oven. We can also hire a cook or maid upon your request! The master bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the swimming pool and garden view as well as ensuite bathroom with a beautiful large ceramic bathtub (with a view of the garden!). A second bedroom is built on a separate pavilion with direct access to the swimming pool and a patio with sun loungers, the bathroom is ensuite as well| On the upper floor the 2 bedrooms are ensuite with walk-in showers. The villa has air conditioning in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as the living room. In the laundry room next to the kitchen there is a washing machine and dryer are available and there's an additional downstairs toilet.

There is also a covered car-port for parking. Extra fees Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is not included.

It is 300 baht/water truck. Please note, we require advance payment of 500 baht per night for Electric usage on your arrival date. We will check the meter reading on check out and settle the bill| Daily cleaning is not included, price is THB 2400 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available free of charge on request! We advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone line.
