We’re just a short drive from the airport and the best beaches and nightlife of Punta Cana. Our beautiful 3-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests, and the glamorous home also has 5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a cozy den, and a driveway and yard lined with lush Dominican flora. The Space: From the moment you enter the front door of our gorgeous home, you might wonder if you’ve stepped into a luxurious Presidential Suite at a five-star hotel.

You know, those rooms reserved for celebrities and the casts of reality TV shows. With sparkling floors, glamorous chandeliers, and decor that is right off the pages of a high-end interior design magazine, no detail has been spared in making this villa absolutely perfect. And what’s more luxurious than total safety and security that allows you to keep the doors wide open to let in the natural breeze! Whether you’re visiting with friends or family, our home is just as comfortable as it is beautiful.

It’s not all fashion, but function too! The home spans two levels, accessible via stairs from the main living room. The living room’s open layout features a tall ceiling and a striking light fixture, making it a remarkable place to entertain guests or relax with loved ones. Or just kick back on the white leather couch and do nothing - it’s your vacation, your way! When your tummy starts to grumble, your hungry self will be happy to know there is a fully equipped kitchen exclusively for your use.

You’ll find top-of-the-line appliances (even a dishwasher!, an island that seats five, and plenty of counter space. Whether you’re whipping up a quick snack or cooking a gourmet meal for the whole group, the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need. We even have a stainless steel barbecue grill on the terrace for when burgers or grilled fish are on the menu.

And when the group is ready to eat, there is a spacious dining room with seating for 12 and big windows to let in the evening Caribbean breeze. Upstairs, the villa’s three bedrooms are perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a long day of swimming, surfing, golfing, or shopping. Or rum-infused beverages.

The master bedroom has one king bed, the second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedrooms is great for kids or friends, with two efficient bunk beds that contain one full-size bed and one twin-size bed each (four beds total in this room). Traveling with little ones? The second and third bedrooms feature a connecting door, perfect for families.

And nobody will have to wait long for the bathroom, since we have four and a half bathrooms with showers, tubs, sinks, and large mirrors. We provide all towels and linens, as well as a top-notch cleaning team that will make sure the spaces are all squeaky-clean before you arrive. A vacation isn’t really a vacation without a little time to chill out and do nothing, and our villa has plenty of spaces to do just that.

If you’re not truly at peace without a little air-con, cozy up in our den, which is filled with a plush couch, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. If your movie marathon winds up past midnight, the sofa conveniently converts into a double-size bed. Outside, you’ll find another seating area adjacent to the pool, with modern outdoor furniture and Dominican breezes| The villa’s manicured grounds feature local trees and flowers, and the yard is a perfect place to let the kids out to run loose. And in case you’ve forgotten that this villa will put you into an instant state of bliss, the private pool features three water features that create the most ahhh-mazing spa-like atmosphere. Just like one of those noise machines on the “relax” channel.

If your poolside sunbath stretches into the lunch (or dinner) hour, just fire up the barbecue grill and dine al fresco. Renting a car? Feel free to park in our driveway. And you can really relax because you won’t get any parking tickets here! But what you will get is one unforgettable Punta Cana vacation with memories to last a lifetime| Driving is recommended in order to make your mobility easier. Guest Access: Our guests will have complete access to the home, including all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living areas and kitchen. If you want to pretend that you’re in your own episode of MTV’s Cribs, go for it! After all, this is your home away from home.

Please note that the owners keep some personal belongings in the closet in one of the bedrooms, which will be locked during your stay. Interaction with Guests: We’ve fitted the front door with a nifty keypad system - so you’ll never have to worry about carrying a key around with you - but you’ll receive a warm, personal welcome when you arrive. And the standard rental price includes daily maid service, because it’s not really vacation if you have to make your own bed, right? The Neighborhood: You’re probably traveling from far away to get to Punta Cana, so there’s no better place to stay when you get here than within walking distance to all the highlights. Just across the street, you’ll find a lush park, which is a perfect place for a morning stroll or to enjoy the sounds of the local birds. Our apartment is also within a 15-minute walk of a grocery store (to stock the kitchen!), ATMs, clothing stores, a pharmacy, a clinic, a post office, and a variety of delicious restaurants.

In the mood for pizza, burgers, tacos, or some local favorites? It’s all just a short, beautiful walk away, and tropical birds will likely keep you company on your stroll. Or, if walking isn’t your thing, just hop in the car, and you’ll find stunning Playa Blanca Beach, Blue Mall, and the golf courses at Punta Cana Resort within 10 minutes by car. Looking for an attraction that will keep everybody entertained? The Blue Mall is the place to be, with live music, international stores, a Hard Rock Cafe, and some incredible dancing fountains.

Don’t miss the vibrant nightlife of Downtown Punta Cana (like the famous Coco Bongo and Imagine Club) and the incredible array of dining options. Let’s just say you definitely won’t go hungry or thirsty here! Bringing your clubs? Two of the best golf courses are within a 10-minute drive - La Cana and Corales. Or maybe you’d prefer a long walk on the beach instead of a long walk on the green? Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, and some of our favorites are the famous Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach| Looking for an eco-tourism experience that’s unlike anywhere else in the world? Don’t miss Ojos Indígenas Ecological Park and Reserve, a massive 1500-acre network of trails, lagoons, and natural beauty. This lush rainforest area is totally unique, home to dozens of bird species (many found only in DR), sprawling botanical gardens, and 12 freshwater lagoons and springs, several of which are open for visitors to take a refreshing dip. By the way, the water here is so pure, you could drink it, since it feeds into the springs from an underground river| We’re also only a 10-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport, and, on request, we’re happy to arrange VIP arrival service so you can revel in luxury from the moment your plane lands. Getting Around: Since our neighborhood essentials (grocery store, restaurants, and shops) are 15 minutes away on foot, we recommend renting a car to get around the area in style and comfort. Plus, there’s no better way to beat the heat than an air-conditioned rental.

Or let the wind blow through your hair in a fabulous convertible - why not treat yourself! Driving is also the best way to explore the Punta Cana’s beaches, parks, and golf courses. Other Things to Note: We love our quiet neighborhood, so we appreciate your help in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere and keeping noise to a reasonable level. Hearing noises from a party just isn’t fun when you’re trying to sleep! The second floor is only accessible by stairs.

We call it the Stairway to Villa Heaven. The villa grounds are also home to two small, adorable dogs, so dog lovers will enjoy meeting some local furry friends.
