Our place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, so this isn’t the spring break-type of Caribbean getaway - it’s a sophisticated, scenic paradise| With ample space for four people, our apartment features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, huge windows, and funky artwork. The apartment also has two full bathrooms and one half-bath, so there’s no need to wait in line for your turn in the shower. Does your vision of an ideal vacation include whipping up a gourmet meal? If so, you’ll love our fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stainless steel fridge, freezer, and range, chic light-wood cabinetry, and lots of counter space.

And if cooking isn’t on your Dominican Republic agenda, no worries! We won’t judge if the fridge is exclusively used to keep beer cold. There’s also a dining table with seats for four, so as happy hour moves from standing to sitting, nobody will end up cross-legged on the floor. After a busy morning in the sun, sand, and surf, there’s nothing better than coming home to an air-conditioned living room and plopping down on the couch for an afternoon nap.

Here, your midday snooze will be elevated to a stylish new level. Our eclectic decor shows off the beautiful personality of the island, with bright colors and varied textures. Kick back and read a book from our mini library or watch some TV, and you’ll be ready for some more Punta Cana adventures in no time| Throughout the apartment, you’ll find natural light and a cozy, homey atmosphere that might make you want to stay here forever. And there’s no better way to wake up than with the tropical sun lighting up the room and birds singing outside Guest Access: During your stay, you’ll have complete access to the entire apartment [except for our closets and furniture where we keep our personal belongins] so if you’ve ever dreamed of having your own vacation home in the Caribbean, here’s your chance to live that fantasy! Interaction with Guests: We believe in giving you personal space and privacy, so we’ve set up a nifty keypad to enter the apartment when you arrive. The Neighborhood: The home is in a great location making it easy to walk to local restaurants and boutique shops.

Head to the stunning Playa Blanca beach, enjoy the vibrant nightlife, and walk the beautiful trails of the Ojos Indígenas Ecological Park and Reserve. Getting Around: Our neighborhood is quite walkable, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay nearby. To explore more of the island (which we definitely recommend!), driving is the best way to get around.

Taxis, bicycles, and rental cars are all easy to find. Let us know if you’d like any assistance booking car service - we’re happy to help! Other Things to Note: We love our quiet neighborhood, so we appreciate your help in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere and keeping noise to a reasonable level. Directions to the Blu building: - Take the Punta Cana Village Blvd. [Blvd. 1ro. de Noviembre] to Amapola Street and go to the access control gate. - After they let you into the community, go straight to Cayena Street and make a left. - Drive a few blocks to Coralillo Street and make another left. -Two blocks ahead there is Uva de Playa Street, make a right, you will see in front of you an automatic arm gate, go there, get in [call the building concierge for the first time until you get the gate remote control inside the apartment] and you've reached BLU Building. Go to apartment 201 and enjoy your stay!!!
