Casa de Sueno is a newly renovated open design 4 bedroom located on a quiet and private street in K section of Playa Guiones. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, additional bedrooms feature 6 individual beds, perfect for 2 families. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown Guiones restaurants and shops| The Space: The house features a welcoming open space kitchen, living and pool area, perfect for memorable and intimate family time as well as guest entertaining. Bedroom 1: The first master is located directly next to the pool and over the garden. There is a door leading directly to the pool area.

The first master features an in-suite full bathroom, large wardrobe, AC, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: The second master is overlooking the garden and located off of the living area. It also features an in-suite full bathroom, large wardrobe, AC and ceiling fan| Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is perfect for a group of friends or kids, there are 2 bunk beds, sleeping a total of 8. The room has AC and ceiling fans as well as large wardrobes and a dresser. Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom overlooks the pool opposite of the first master.

This bedroom has two twin sized beds, they can be pushed together for a couple. Other spaces: The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom located in-between the two near the kitchen area. The large open kitchen overlooks the large indoor dining area.

There is a living room nook area, a perfect tuck away for reading, relaxing or catching up on TV. Outdoor there is larger outdoor living area with additional rancho with seating. There are also loungers surrounding the pool, great for a sun soaked day.

The house is fully equipped with pool, AC in all bedrooms, Security System, 2 Safes, Dishwasher, BBQ Grill, Smart TV with Cable and Netflix, Telephone, Outdoor Shower, Pool and Beach Towels, Child Pack and Play, Rancho, Ceiling Fans throughout, Fully Equipped Kitchen. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house, pool, rancho and laundry room. Interaction with Guests: Our offices are located about a 2 minute drive from the house.

We are always available to answer any questions or assist with any services you may need. We will be onsite to check you into the house and make sure to answer any questions you may have. Our pool service provider as well as our gardener will be on the property 2x per week, but never within the house| The Neighborhood: The house is located on a quiet dead-end street in K section of Playa Guiones. K-section is the highest sought-after neighborhood in the Nosara area, as it is quieter, more residential yet walking distance to larger attractions within the town. We are located less than 10 minutes walking distance to world class yoga at Bodhi Tree Resort, 5 minutes to renowned Surfing Schools and rentals such as Safari Surf, Aqua Tibia, Surf Simply and Coconut Harrys and within 5-10 minutes on foot from restaurants such as Olas Verdes, Beach Dog, Go Juice, and Costa.

The nearest grocery store is Organico Market, which is a 5 minute walk and 1 minute drive. Getting Around: The house is centrally located with everything within a 20 minute walking distance. We can assist with airport transportation, SUV rentals, ATV/golf carts or bike rentals.

There are also local ‘Tuk-Tuk’s” available as taxi services, private transportation can be arranged upon request. To travel outside of Playa Guiones to nearby beaches and larger grocery stores we recommend having a ATV or SUV. Other Things to Note: The house is very safe and secure, however, as we are a tourist destination, petty theft can exist as it does in any tourist destination in the world.

Be sure to lock all valuables and do not leave belongings unattended. Private security is available at an additional cost. There is 1 cleaning per week included for weekly rentals, additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
