Our holiday apartment is conveniently located in the Agrupasa IX in Nueva Andalucia, at the entrance of Puerto Banus and the famous La Quinta area.
The urbanisation offers a swimming pools and is closely located next to the local supermarket and several restaurants.

The Space:
We have made several changes in our workflow to adapt to the current situation and we are taking extra sanitation precautions. Our cleaning team has been briefed and informed to take extra care to sterilise things that are often touched by guests — TV remotes, light switches, doorknobs, appliances, etc. We provide new sponges and soaps, ensure that áll dishes are washed between guests and pay special attention to common areas in your property|
While there’s nothing we can do to stop the outbreak or completely undo the Covid-19 effect on the travel industry, remember that we are taking the extra steps, as outlined, to put our property in a much better position.
This lovely apartment is decorated with very tastefully Scandinavian furniture. It has a lot of character and offer a perfect getaway.
Each bedroom has a bathroom and double bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area is offers direct acces to the open living room. Around the corner you will find several restaurants and the local supermarket, which makes the location excellent.
The complex contains a swimming pools and free parking along the street. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to meet your every need .There is WIFI available and a Multi lingual TV system| Guest Access: Our guests are able to use all accommodation and urbanisation amenities Interaction with Guests: We are available by phone, the airbnb application and email.
