This home in the heart of Kamala is newly renovated and offers a great set of amenities for all travellers.
The gated secured estate has parking, gym and children's playground.
A large shared swimming pool includes a bridge to cross from one deck to the other, sun loungers by the side.
There is a kid's pool and a spa pool for up to 12 people. The kid's playground is ideal to entertain. This unit has been completely renovated and high end furniture has been added.
On the ground floor the house is open plan living with a large living room with a TV and DVD, dining table and a large european style kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher for your convenience! In the back a small laundry room is ideal for long stays, it has both washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a desk and an additional toilet| On the first floor the master bedroom is ensuite with AC and a king size bed, balcony offers pool views and a seating area. The second bedroom has a tropical garden view, a queen size bed and ensuite shower facilities. On the third floor a large bedroom has a queen size bed, this bedroom is ensuite as well and has terrace access| For your convenience, each room has a Smart TV (one bedroom has a wifi TV box) to stream music and videos or watch Netflix shows after a long day outside! The terrace has a set of sun loungers and a modern seating set for outdoor dining. A minifridge has been added for maximum comfort. Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit.
Water usage is included. Daily cleaning is not included in the rate, but we can arrange at extra fee. Price is THB 1800 per cleaning and it includes linen and towels change.
Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request.

How to arrive:
The villa is inside "AP Grand Residence" in Kamala on "Soi Bell". The nearest hotel is "The Bell pool villa resort", only 50 meters from our entrance. The house number is 3. Please inform about your arrival time at least 48hrs in advance as we are not at the property.
