Spacious and сozy villa in Los Balcones (Torrevieja), with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, in a 10 minute by car from the shopping center La Zenia Boulevard, has a terrace with the swimming pool, barbecue and garden areas as well. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people: it is supplied with one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like at home: there is air conditioning cold/heat, 42-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, free WiFi, washing machine, ceramic top, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board| Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Smoking in the house is prohibited. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Check-in takes place until 21:00.
