Rent holiday Luxury Villa 113 This lovely three bedroom villa oozes space, character and is in the perfect location for those wanting a peaceful holiday but within easy walking distance of Protaras or Pernera. The large double doors and potted plants give the villa a very elegant, striking and grand feel. The small gate at the side of the property leads to the rear garden and pool area.
When you step inside you are presented with a luxurious open plan living area. The rattan lounge furniture, directly in front of double patio doors, is extremely inviting, the perfect place to sit back and relax while looking out to the tranquil, peaceful pool and spectacular views. You will simply love the light that comes from not only the patio doors but from the large ground and first floor windows.
The main lounge complete with two comfy white sofas, coffee table and rug has a very warm and cozy feel, the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. There is also a TV.
The combination of modern white furnishings and colourful art deco accessories give the villa a very sophisticated and homely vibe.
Everyone can dine together at the large white dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a dishwasher and microwave is also complete with a further table and chairs ideal for breakfast or your morning cup of coffee. The downstairs also benefits by having a utility room and WC with hand basin.
Step outside from any of the three sets of patio doors to the pool area, it is just amazing. Before deciding where to spend your day just take a minute to digest the stunning scenery that surrounds you, you will instantly feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday. Sit back and relax on any of the wicker chairs, rattan sofa and chairs. Alternatively you can lay back and day dream on the outdoor beds. The large pool with Roman steps will keep you cool during the long hot sunny days. When you have had enough sun for the day you can retire to the lounge area underneath the large sheltered gazebo. There is plenty of room for everyone.
The grand stairs lead to the first floor gallery landing, before entering your evening retreat stop and take in the amazing sea view just one more time.
There are two visually attractive double bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds all complete with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
One room benefits from an en-suite shower room with w/c, hand basin, mirror and storage. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to their very own private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and far beyond.
The stunning bathroom is very spacious with a large shower cubicle, W/C and hand basin with plenty of storage.
This villa has everything you could want and more, you will want to return year after year!!
Fig Tree Bay It called Fig tree bay, after the fig tree(s) found there. On its north side there is a rocky cove beyond which the long Vrisi beach looms, while on the south a long 4 km long rocky stretch leads to Cape Greko (small coves some of them sandy, interrupt that stretch). Protaras bay beach together with Vrisi beach constitute the main beach area of Protaras. The island in the center of the bay contributes to the calmness of the water. The beach has good road access and many amenities. Inevitably it gets packed in summer. The beach has been awarded the Blue flag eco-label (www.blueflag.org) and has handicap facilities. There are excellent watersport and snorkeling opportunities in the vicinity. One can hike either to the north (after about 2.5 km on the coastal trail from the adjacent, almost 1 km long Vrisi beach, you will come to Louma beach), or to the south (it is about 1.5 km to Lombardi beach).

We had such an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa which I would highly recommend. As a family with 2 kids age 5 and 7 this was our first villa holiday and here was perfect for the kids as they loved the pool and the outdoor space was great for them. The location is great as the villa is in a quiet area but it is only a 10 minute walk in either direction to shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be booking to stay again

The villa was amazing. we visit Cyprus every year and its one of the best villa's we have stayed in. Location was perfect. The outdoor area was fabulous. Internally everything was great, spacious, clean. Even the fridge was great as sometimes in other villas they are not great. 5 star, will deof book again!

We had a fantastic stay at thr villa, so well equipped and even better than the pictures on the site. The out door space is amazing.perfect for one large family or two small ones like us. And it really is just ten minutes to pernera and protaris. Would definitely highly recommend.
Beautiful villa very well equipped inside and with amazing outside space. Is a ten minute easy walk to both Pernera and Protaras both with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We had ages 22-83 and everyone loved the villa. Great communications with the host.
Sehr angenehme und tolle Villa. Perfekt gelegen. Man ist nahe am Strand und nahe beim Dorf. Agia Napa ist auch schnell erreicht.
What an amazing property. We stayed as a family of four, 3rd time on the same street and this was by far the best. Outdoor area was amazing, pool lovely & clean, garden area with lots of seating, but plenty of shaded area if required. Located in easy walking distance of both Pernera and Protaras strip. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay with easy access to all amenities. Thankyou for a fab holiday!!

Beautiful villa with excellent quality modern decor and facilities. The outside space with its choice of seating areas and types meant we hardly left the villa which is very unlike us!
We booked this villa for a weeks stay to celebrate my 60th birthday last week with my family. The villa was very luxurious with a fabulous pool and excellent outside dining and seating areas. It is situated very near to the town centre with its many bars and restaurants. The villa was extremely clean and very nicely decorated inside. We had an excellent holiday and loved the villa and Protaras.
