Rent holiday Luxury Villa 114 Is perfectly located in a private and quiet complex close to the sea. The white painted balustrade, iron gates and large front patio area gives the villa a very grand, opulent feel. The sound of the early evening breeze and rolling waves takes you to a world of tranquility and relaxation.
At the back of the house the spacious patio area is the perfect place to soak up the sun and take in the peaceful surroundings. In the middle of the patio is a large crystal clear swimming pool, the best place to cool off of on those hot summer days. The Cypriot BBQ enables you to cook like the locals and a beautiful outside dining area provides you with the ability to live like the locals, eating al fresco on a daily basis and making the most of the glorious weather.
Inside the ground floor offers an open plan living space with cream, wooden furnishings and purple accessories being the scheme throughout. The entire space feels warm, cozy and extremely inviting. There is ample room for everyone to unwind on the cream leather sofas. The kitchen area has all the amenities you would expect including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, filter coffee maker and water dispenser.
Also on this floor is one double bedroom and a downstairs bathroom complete with a hand basin, WC and shower enclosure. This is ideal for guests who have trouble with the stairs or who just want to be that little bit closer to the pool!
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. There is also a family bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower over bath. One double and twin bedroom share a good sized balcony. The tall palm trees surrounding create a very romantic, enticing and secluded hide away.

Ayia Triada is a visually appealing beach, with a fishing harbour and tiny chapel. It is a sandy beach, with sun loungers provided for the general public. Again, it is tranquil and safe enough for children with the shallow waters and relatively small beach area (compared to the main beaches). There are walking trails along the coast if you are feeling active and want to soak up the views of the beautiful harbour.
Smooth check in. Villa clean and complete with all essentials. Great location. Large pool. Excellent communication.
The villa was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic outdoor space. A 2 minute walk from the lovely Ayia Triada beach, a bar which serves food and snacks, and a shop that sells amazing fruit and vegetables. A little further down the road there is Kennedy avenue which has more shops, bars and restaurants - all walking distance. There is a covered space for your car so it doesn’t have the sun beating down on it. Lots and lots of wardrobe space in each room.Only 1 plug socket next to the beds but we found extension leads in each room which was really useful to keep all our gadgets charged. The pool was a good size but on the shallow side compared to some - perfect for smaller children. It was around 90cm deep at the shallow end, and around 150cm at the deep end

The property was as advertised. The pool was a lovely big size. Near to all the amenities and places we liked to go.

- good location with a nice sea view - new a/c in bedrooms (were replaced when we were there as the old ones did not work well) - quite clean for a house which is rented - quiet neighbours (though it can change as near by houses are also rented out) - nice tent area
