This villa is a 3 bedroom villa in Pernera, close to the new coastal boardwalk into Protaras. With a fantastic location you are only 2 minutes walk away from shops, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beautiful beaches Pernera has to offer. As you walk through the door it is immediately obvious how much attention to detail has been paid by the owners. The furnishings are stylish and the cool tones of the decor compliment the ultra modern look that they have gone for, perfectly. As with most villas in Cyprus, the open plan living area is spacious and bright. The sitting area has a large plasma TV, access to WiFi, a black leather sofa and chair, large stylish black glass table and 6 chairs. The patio doors lead out onto the pool area. The designer kitchen looks elegant with extra touches such as frosted glass cupboard doors and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal; electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Windows with blinds overlook the side of the property. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor which has 3 large windows with blinds, white wooden beds, matching fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet with lamp. There is also a long vanity mirror and plug sockets. A ground floor shower room with a large stand in shower, chrome hooks, plenty of towel rails and under sink storage is a welcome addition to compliment the bedroom. The stairs, complete with chrome handrails, lead to the first floor where there is extra storage space and a safe for your valuables. There are two very spacious double bedrooms with complimentary white modern furniture, as well as a large shared balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding areas. TVs and hairdryers complete the furnishings. Outside there is a large crystal clear private deck lined pool with several sun loungers and parasol, so you can relax whilst soaking up the sun or enjoy a cocktail while the children play in the pool. Enjoy eating al fresco on the cool, modern outdoor furniture. The outside sink/preparation area makes preparing food for the gas BBQ, effortless, which means that you will probably spend countless hours here enjoying meals and entertaining guests in the Cypriot sunshine. Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.
We very much enjoyed our stay in our Oceanview Villa, so much so that we are looking at going back next year if possible. Your service is always very efficient. The villa and pool were spotless and the only time we had to call you we had a response within half an hour and the matter was sorted. We would certainly recommend you to others. We had a superb holiday in Cyprus, and have nothing to complain about. The Villa was great and we enjoyed every minute. The service from you and the transport company was great. We will choose Oceanview next time we will spend our holiday at Cyprus, and we will recommend Oceanview to our friends who are planning next summer holliday.
We have used Oceanview before, so we were more than happy to use them again. We chose this villa because of its location. It was not a disappointment. A colourful villa with everything you need from a luxury property and so close to the beach and all other amenities.
