Rent holiday luxury Villa 015 is perfectly situated on a complex which benefits from being very close to the sea and which has all the amenities you want from a holiday, in close proximity to the villa. Once on the complex you will not even think that you are so close to everything as the villa offers you the peace and tranquility that is so important on a holiday that is worked so hard for throughout the year.
And a great bonus is that there is access to the beach directly across from the villa, by way of a small path between two villas. Less than 100m from your villa and you can be on the sandy shores of the Mediterranean - how great is that!
When you pull up outside the villa you can't help but notice the number of large windows and doors which let the light flood in throughout the property, but turn around and you will be thrilled by the sea view that greets you and these views continue from inside the villa. Off road parking is available to one side of the property but look to the other side and you will notice the private, secluded and peaceful pool area, surrounded by fencing and bordered by colourful tropical trees and plants. There is a covered lounge area and shade is also provided to the side of the property above the patio doors, so there is always a chance to shelter from the heat of the Cypriot sun without missing out on any of the fun around the pool.
When you step into the villa you will be thrilled by the clean, white decoration which is perfectly contrasted by the dark wooden furniture, comfortable brown leather suite and modern light fittings. The kitchen is very modern with black granite work tops and beautiful wooden storage cupboards and includes among other things a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A downstairs wc is a welcome convenience.
The cool marble stairs pass a huge window with sea views and off the spacious landing with modern lighting there are three good sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has patio doors leading to its own balcony and the master bedroom has the added bonus of its own modern, sleek, ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage. All of the bedrooms have sea views and the balconies have glass barriers. The family bathroom is very smart and modern with brown and cream tiles, a shower over bath and storage.
Leave the complex and you are just minutes away from some of the best restaurants in Pernera, Kalamies and La Cultura del Gusto to name but two, as well as local supermarkets and bars. This villa is so ideally located that a car is not a necessity especially when the boardwalk in Pernera is so close by, giving you the opportunity to walk from Pernera into Protaras, along the Mediterranean water's edge, soaking up the atmosphere as you go.
Such a delightful villa in an excellent location you will be suitably impressed and will find it very hard to leave.
Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.
Everything you need was there, Stephanie was also very helpful and responsive, couldn’t ask for anymore , Two minutes walk to the beach and plenty of eating places around.

Modern, clean and spacious property with great external space. Property has everything you need including excellent Satellite TV. AC in every room. Pool is really nice though not heated which is the norm for Cyprus (and not an issue in the summer) Locationally outstanding - 2 minute walk to the beach / boardwalk to Protaras with many restaurants in walkable close proximity. Resort staff and communications excellent and super helpful throughout.
I have nothing to complain about. Everything was great. Excellent accommodation, clean, with complete equipment, what one needs. Beach, groceries, 2 minutes, so the location is great. It exceeded our expectation.
The location was extremely nice… only a very short distance to the beautiful little cove beach… the pool at the villa also made this a very pleasant and enjoyable much needed holiday… The villa was very nice with every thing there that you would need…. Will definitely book again and again. TV or sat receiver didn’t work / or perhaps it did but we didn’t know how to operate.. but this didn’t matter because we didn’t want to watch tv especially having the pool … couldn’t log in to Wi-Fi but again this didn’t matter to us
