Rent holiday Luxury Apartment 175 is a beautiful apartment located in a private gated complex on an exclusive development in Pernera. The complex is accessed by a barrier key fob and sits in a prime position, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants. The owner has paid great attention to both looks and comfort, to create a beautiful holiday home, which offers all the home comforts together with modern technology. This modern apartment shares a communal pool.
The main door opens into the trendy lounge/dining area, which is furnished with comfortable black leather settees and a flat screen TV. Relax in the cool air conditioning and rest your drink on the glass coffee table. Decorative canvases, vases and lamps add to the modern homely feel. The A very nice chrome and dark wood table with six chairs is provided for indoor dining.
Off the living area there is a set of patio doors, which open onto a Balcony which overlooks the Pool area, with outdoor table and six chairs plus a parasol and base for shade if required.
Prepare your meals in the kitchen area, equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine and microwave. There is a window over the sink, which allows further light to enter the property.
There are two good-sized bedrooms, a double with en- suite and twin with a single bed and bunk beds perfect for children, and a master bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a mirror over hand basin.
Both the double and the twin bedrooms have matching wooden beds with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, bedside cabinets with lamps. Two big windows fill each of the rooms with glorious sunshine but blinds are provided, should they be required.
The double bedroom benefits from its very own ensuite shower room, which has a window and a vanity mirror over the hand basin.
A door from the lounge area leads to a stairway up to your very own private roof top terrace. Here you can relax on the wicker lounge furniture, a parasol and base are provided for shade if required.
To the side of the property is the gated communal pool area where there is a beautiful overflow swimming pool and numerous sun beds for laying out and soaking up the sun on. Showers and toilets are also provided.
Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.
The place was very clean and located in a lovely neighborhood. Within a few minutes’ walk, you reach the main street with restaurants and shops, and the beach is just 6–7 minutes away. I was traveling with my kids, and Demby kindly made it possible for us to check in earlier — thank you for that! The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was also clean, but please note that it is shared — this is clearly mentioned by the host.
This is an ideal apartment with all the necessary equipment and air conditioning in every room. Located in a quiet complex of private villas. Two large bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Guests have access to a communal pool of 10-12 apartments. The rental agency responds promptly to an e-mail with clarifications. For this money (100 euros / night in late June-early July) it was amazing.
Good location, clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. Shared pool nearby which was cleaned regularly and a nice roof terrace with BBQ which was lovely for evening meals watching the sun set Water pressure in shower was low
Nice Break Away!! Large rooms, Very comfortable, Facilities were excellent. Everything we needed in all the right places. Wi-Fi was great for the kids.Good Value for Money. Friendly neighbourhood.
We liked the size of apartments, lovely roof terrace equipped for barbecue.

The apartment was very clean and all ready for us when we got there. The WiFi was an added and welcome bonus. The apartment is in a great location in Pernera, not too far away from the centre but just far enough away for it to be nice and quiet. The booking of the apartment was straight forward and the communication was excellent throughout. The stay was excellent and we will definitely be coming back to Cyprus and would defiantly book through Oceanview again.
We arrived very early due to the BA flight change, we were notified by Oceanview before we arrived that we would not be able to get into our apartment before 5pm but they were happy for us to use their departure lounge until ready.
On arrival they did their utmost for us and they had the apartment cleaned and ready for 1.30pm Instead of usual time of 5pm fantastic.
The apartment was clean spacious and comfortable with everything you could want/need. It was furnished well and unlike most other apartments our 3 children each had a proper bed instead of one of them being on a " camp/ put up bed" which they found comfortable. It is so difficult with 3 children to find comfortable yet spacious accommodation.
I found the staff at all times polite helpful and friendly I would highly recommend both Oceanview’s villa's and apartments to anyone
