Rent holiday Villa 018 has uninterrupted sea views from the front of the villa. It has a well-maintained front garden with lush green plants and provides partially shaded off-road parking, which leads to the pool area. Access to the property is via a front door or side door (by the shaded off-road parking). The garden and pool area are easily accessible either through the ground floor living area, or to the right and left of the property. The front door opens onto the kitchen and dining/living area, all of which are flooded by the light streaming through the two sets of patio doors, with blinds. A ground floor w/c with window and mirror is also provided. A good-sized kitchen, with wooden units and black granite worktop, is fully equipped with matching white goods. They include an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Four matching white and chrome bar stools are provided for casual dining at the breakfast bar, which also benefits from low-level lighting. The window, with blind, above the sink gives perfect sea views. Move into the air-conditioned lounge, which although simply furnished has lovely splashes of colour. Make your choice from one of the two comfortable sofas and chair, and then rest your drink on the wooden and glass topped coffee table. Another small table is provided for the lamp. When you are settled, entertain yourself with the large flat screen TV. Both the patio doors, which lead out onto the pool area, and side window have blinds. Outside, you will be thrilled by the pool, the 6 sunbeds, outdoor shower and a parasol with base. Nothing is left to chance. Palm and banana trees border the area, so enjoy eating al fresco, the meal you have cooked on your BBQ, around the glass topped rattan table with 6 chairs. The outdoor cozy lounge furniture sits on a spacious patio and provides an ideal location for your morning coffee or ice-cold afternoon beer whilst taking in the glorious sunshine. Finally, table tennis is provided should you want a change from splashing around in the pool. The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, window, sink and vanity mirror. All the bedrooms have stylish wood and metal furniture, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and colourful wall canvases/paintings. They also all have access onto their very own balconies complete with chairs and space saving marble shelves, on which to rest your drinks – a great idea! The main double bedroom also has a dressing table and stool and its very own ensuite shower room. Its balcony overlooks the pool area. The first twin bedroom’s balcony also looks out over the pool area, but also has the added luxury of a chest of drawers, mirror and flat screen TV The other twin bedroom with large mirror, is located at the front of the property, meaning the balcony makes the most of the wonderful sea views.
For more formal dining, make your way into the dining area, with glass topped wooden table and 6 chairs. A small matching occasional table is also available. Light streams through the patio doors and window, both of which have blinds, should you need to cool the room down.
Kapparis (Greek for capers!) Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Kapparis is untouched and unspoiled compared to the overcrowding in some resorts. It is a small village where the community is very friendly and who make time for holiday makers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back, which makes it the ideal place for a chill out and get away from it all holiday.
The villa is in a perfect location, only a short walk to Malana beach and to Kennedy Avenue, where you will find shops bars and restaurants. We hired a car it was great to get around only a 10 minute drive to the strip of Protaras. The villa is perfectly equipped, all you need for a perfect holiday, would definitely recommend. Amazing place and great location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. great villa, Includes everything you may need. very clean and spacious. Well maintained. One small negative, no pool towels were provided but additional bath towels were offered as an alternative which was appreciated. Everything else was perfect. The hosts were always willing to help where they could and responded very quickly. Very good location and you won't have to travel very far for a good restaurant or beautiful beach. We would highly recommend.
Great location, close to fantastic beaches, shops and restaurants by car. The staff at Oceanview were amazing - helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The villa was lovely and felt like a home away from home, we had a great family holiday and would go back!
Beautiful villa, the sea is really visible from the windows. The place is clean and comfortable, the pool was cleaned every three days, the house was cleaned, linen and towels were changed after a week. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, a refrigerator, . Take detergents with you. There are no shampoos, shower gels or anything else, just a little soap in each bathroom, but there are powerful hair dryers and even two! Walking distance to the Zapaz store where you can buy hot takeaway dishes. METRO and LIDL were reached by car. Also within walking distance are two excellent beaches with all amenities and a cafe. I really liked the villa, I recommend it to everyone, we ourselves are sure to go there again
We had a fantastic week in the villa. It was exactly as described and pictured, very clean and well equipped. The pool and surrounding area was maintained to a very high standard. The villa was located in a great spot. It was ideal for a week of relaxation in the sun. Just what we wanted. We arrived late in Cyprus but found the directions provided by Oceanview to be spot on, in fact our 10 year old daughter directed us to your offices and from then onto the villa. It was thoughtful of Oceanview to leave the light on in the villa. We did not use the departure lounge but thought this was a great facility.
We were extremely happy with our stay. The villa was clean, tidy and contained everything we needed for our time there. It certainly lived up to its name of 'luxury villa'. The location was very quiet, but suitable for our party and only a short walk to the nearest supermarket. We were very happy with the transfers to and from the airport that were organised for us as they were on-time and efficient.
All of us had a fantastic time at the Villa. The villa was spotless and had everything and more than we could have asked for. Someone at Oceanview was at the office to greet us even though our flight was delayed....................fantastic. We used the departure lounge on our last day.............was a great idea. Everything and everyone staff, cleaner, pool cleaner and maintenance man were so friendly and helpful. WE WILL BE RETURNING TO CYPRUS AND USING YOURSELVES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Many thanks for helping made our holiday a memorable one.
We were very happy with the villa, it had everything in that we required for our stay. We were extremely happy with all staff I spoke to both during my stay and whilst booking the holiday. When I visit Cyprus again I would book with Oceanview again.

The villa alone was beautiful, pool was fantastic and we absolutely loved Kapparis. Since our arrival at the check-in everything occurred very quickly and simple. Once at the Villa we were impressed, with the quality of everything. Amazing swimming pool, that was crystal clear, rooms, toilets, air con in all rooms. Satellite TV, PS3. Free internet, gas and charcoal BBQs (used 3 days in 7)

The villa was excellent as usual. Everything went smoothly from arriving at the airport with our car hire vehicle waiting to collecting our keys to the villa. The booking process and service we received was great.
