Rent holiday Luxury Villa 196 If sea views and location are top of your priorities for your perfect holiday, then look no further than this luxury villa. Situated in a quiet development, this front line villa has views to die for and offers you the chance to completely unwind and relax.
You will find it very hard to leave this property because the outside of the villa gives you so much you will not need to go anywhere else. The large patio area at the back has stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and is the ideal place to eat al fresco. A gentle cool breeze blowing in off the sea gives respite from the Cypriot sun and the only sounds to be heard are the soft lapping of the water in the uniquely shaped swimming pool and the sway of the surrounding tropical trees and plants. Take delight in watching the boats sail by, bringing you a new and interesting dimension to your holiday. Just watching them move gently through the water gives you such a relaxing feeling you will find it hard to tear yourself away unless of course it is to the completely private crystal clear swimming pool.
If you do have to tear yourself away the inside of the villa has all the amenities you would expect to find in such a luxury property. A lounge and dining area lead to separate kitchen and utility areas which, among other appliances, have a washing machine, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You may like to relax in the lounge on the leather sofa, but you will not be able to escape the outside and those magnificent views. Three sets of patio doors let the outside and floods of light, in.
Also on the ground floor is one of the four double bedrooms, complete with ensuite corner bath. This is a practical and welcome consideration should any guest have difficulty with stairs.
Upstairs there are three other double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite (one has a corner bath, the other two have showers) and all of them have patio doors leading onto a shared balcony which stretches the full width of the villa. And no you cannot get away from the views as they seem even more spectacular from upstairs and they really come into their own when the sun goes down and the boats light up, it really is a sight to behold, enjoy and envelope yourself in.
Fig Tree Bay It called Fig tree bay, after the fig tree(s) found there. On its north side there is a rocky cove beyond which the long Vrisi beach looms, while on the south a long 4 km long rocky stretch leads to Cape Greko (small coves some of them sandy, interrupt that stretch). Protaras bay beach together with Vrisi beach constitute the main beach area of Protaras. The island in the center of the bay contributes to the calmness of the water. The beach has good road access and many amenities. Inevitably it gets packed in summer. The beach has been awarded the Blue flag eco-label (www.blueflag.org) and has handicap facilities. There are excellent watersport and snorkeling opportunities in the vicinity. One can hike either to the north (after about 2.5 km on the coastal trail from the adjacent, almost 1 km long Vrisi beach, you will come to Louma beach), or to the south (it is about 1.5 km to Lombardi beach).

Lovely villa 5 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay. Spacious double bedrooms with excellent air conditioning. Big BBQ and good kitchen with a huge fridge freezer. Much needed with 7 adults. The views are great but especially from the upstairs balconies
Never stayed this side of Protarus before. Loved the location a five min walk to fig tree bay and 10 mins to the strip. We could never get enough of that sea view from balcony off the bedrooms. Villa is very large with all en-suite bathrooms. Very large and unusual shaped pool and staying in august made it feel like a warm bath! Hours of fun in that pool with 4 teenagers. The only thing I would say is there is small holiday home complex to the left with a balcony virtually over the pool but we didn’t see anyone there the whole 10 days we stayed and it wouldn’t put us off going and staying here again. Loved it !!
Location was great, fig tree beach on the doorstep literally. Main strip around 10 mins walk from the Villa, huge villa with plenty of room, pool great size for the family.
Great pool, huge in autumn but a bit cold. large terrace on the first floor with sea view. Wonderful bay accessible by stairs right in front of the front door. The beaches Fig tree and a small beach within walking distance are paved with loungers. Many seem to like it because it was quite crowded. Our bay with the super great turquoise water was just beautiful and never overcrowded. Unfortunately, there were always tourist boats, sometimes with loud music.
Amazing location, great views, good outside space, good support from agents
Spent 8 days here in July. Found the villa to be spacious and accomodating for our needs. Great place to chill after a beach day or a day out. Location was great with a short walk to the main beaches and restaurants in Protaras. Pool was large and well maintained. We had a good time here as we made the most of the positives of the villa
The location of the villa is very good, in walking distance from the sea, restaurants, shops / pharmacies, waterfront. But, at the same time, away from the noise and crowds of vacationers. The house is spacious and bright. All available household appliances are in working order. Our wishes to eliminate the shortcomings were resolved quickly and the staff left a very pleasant impression. Internet caught only on the street and on the first floor, in the bedroom on the 2 nd floor almost did not work. Very little kitchen utensils.
