Ayia Napa Holiday Villa 003 is perfectly located a few minutes away from Nissi Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Europe, renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches and shallow waters. It is not just the beach that is near, but bars, restaurants and mini markets, in fact everything that you need to ensure you have one of the best holidays of your life. The villa is ideally situated on a popular complex and is well liked by both families and young people. A car is not necessary if you plan to stay in the area, as everything you would need is within walking distance, however, off road parking is provided if required. When you arrive you will notice a fruit tree hanging over the fence providing the privacy for the pool and patio area and with another one at the back of the property, they are just ripe for picking. Colourful bushes add to the tropical feel. You will be impressed by the size of the outside area with enough room for all your sun beds and al fresco dining. The table tennis table even has its own separate area, so something to suit everyone. As the outside is completely fenced, you will have total seclusion in which to retreat from the hustle and bustle. This smart villa is very well furnished with lovely dark wood furniture and matching leather sofas; an area in which to relax and watch the TV . Patio doors lead to a patio area at the front of the house, which offers further shade should you require some respite from the glorious Cyprus sun. Upstairs you will be surprised by the size of the landing area off which are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms are a good size and have patio doors which lead to a shared balcony at the front of the villa; a lovely vantage point from which to view the Ayia Napa surrounding area. You can’t come to Ayia Napa without at least one visit to the Water Park and this villa is only about a 20 minute walk away. Ideal property and excellent location makes this property a must for anyone.
It?s hard to believe that only 20 years ago Ayia Napa was a sleepy fishing village with a population of 200. Named after a small church located in the centre of the village, Saint Panayia, meaning Mother of Christ, the village was transformed into a tourist resort after the invasion of Famagusta in 1974 which resulted in a huge loss of tourism for the island

Very nice house, and very nice outdoor area. The house was very close to the beach and the pool was big and nice. Was a short taxi ride to Ayia Napa city center, but also very nice walk. The beach was super nice and it was only a short walk. Demby responded quickly to all messages and was nice to communicate with. We had a little trouble with the air conditioning varnish. But otherwise than we are very happy.
We had a pleasant stay here, the location of the villa is really nice. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to nissi beach and around 10 minutes with the bus to the centre of Ayia Napa. Also there are some restaurants and little supermarkets in walking distance. We especially liked the outdoor area of the villa with pool, barbecue and table tennis. The check in and check out was very easy with a key box. Totally recommend to stay here!
Everything was just perfect. The communication was very nice and instant. The accomodation was nice, clean and everything looks even nicer in real life. The Nissi Beach is just 5 min foot walk and there were restaurants, shops and bars nearby. I recommend a taxi to go to the clubs, as it is around 10-12€ and with 3km not far, but also not near (especially with 30 degrees). I can totally recommend it and would book it again!

Our Villa was very nice. The staff at Oceanview were extremely friendly and helpful from start to end. It is certainly not the last time we will rent a villa from Oceanview.
We loved our stay at this villa. The villa was spotless and the cleaner that arrived mid week was very friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa. We will be booking this villa again. Thank you again for a very enjoyable stay.
We were very impressed with the Oceanview villas not only for the two properties, but also the customer service at the office. When we called for maintenance help arrived within 15 minutes. The pamphlet for the bus service to the supermarket was very convenient as well. The pools were well maintained in both villas and the cutlery made cooking easy. Check in and check out were easy with no hassle, and the airport transfer bus was both efficient and a reasonable price. The villas were in perfect condition when we arrived
Simply sublime!Hi all, my daughter and me came to Cyprus and used the services of Oceanview villas to rent this villa. I must say that we were literally enchanted. The staff was super friendly, understanding and helpful, despite our many requests. The villa in Ayia Napa was just perfect, clean, well equipped and well located. A spacious and well maintained pool with a barbecue, table tennis, DVD player, etc. It will be a pleasure to stay there again. A thousand thanks.
We have just returned from a stay in this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic holiday and we were very impressed with how Oceanview looked after us and it is reassuring that we are renting from a good, reliable company. We look forward to returning next year.
