Rent holiday Villa 035 is located in a prime position in Pernera. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is within easy walking distance to all amenities that the area has to offer. The owners have paid great attention in both looks and comfort to create a fantastic holiday home. The interior offers top quality furnishings with carefully chosen colorful decorations to give a sense of warmth upon entering. For the adults, the outdoor cosy lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your morning coffee or evening cocktails whilst taking in the glorious Cypriot sunshine.
This private property is completely gated, making it safe for children, and has off road parking to the side. The stunning pool with Roman steps takes centre stage at the rear of this glorious property.
The main entrance, at the front of the property, opens into a bright and modern living/dining area which has patio doors leading to the pool and outdoor seating area. Relax in the cool air conditioning on the large L shaped, brown leather sofa and rest your drink on the marble coffee table , access the WiFi or watch UK TV satellite channels . The added touches of decorative light fittings and canvas give an added touch of class throughout. There is also a convenient ground floor w/c.
Enjoy preparing your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A large window over the sink lets in the glorious sunshine and gives you views of the pool area.
Enjoy your meals indoors at the wooden table with 6 leather/suede chairs or you can dine al fresco at the large rattan/glass table with 6 chairs. Should you require shade, a parasol and base are available. Relax on the wicker lounge style furniture whilst the children entertain themselves splashing around in the sparking pool or enjoying a game of table tennis. A BBQ, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower complete your outdoor facilities.
Stairs complete with handrails and 2 windows lead to the first floor of the property where there are 3 good size bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, all of which have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps, chrome bedsteads, air conditioning and matching furniture throughout. There is also a large family bathroom with shower over bath, mirror over the sink and a handy shaving socket.
The master double bedroom has a patio door leading onto the balcony and a window to the front of the property with blinds and curtains. There is also an ensuite shower room with hand basin and w/c.
The 2nd double bedroom is furnished in the same manner as the master bedroom, but it also has a wooden dresser with a long mirror and plug sockets. Patio doors with curtains open onto the balcony which overlooks the pool area.
Finally the 3rd twin bedroom, again with matching furniture and a chest of drawers, also has a balcony which overlooks the sparkling pool and garden area.
Fig Tree Bay It called Fig tree bay, after the fig tree(s) found there. On its north side there is a rocky cove beyond which the long Vrisi beach looms, while on the south a long 4 km long rocky stretch leads to Cape Greko (small coves some of them sandy, interrupt that stretch). Protaras bay beach together with Vrisi beach constitute the main beach area of Protaras. The island in the center of the bay contributes to the calmness of the water. The beach has good road access and many amenities. Inevitably it gets packed in summer. The beach has been awarded the Blue flag eco-label (www.blueflag.org) and has handicap facilities. There are excellent watersport and snorkeling opportunities in the vicinity. One can hike either to the north (after about 2.5 km on the coastal trail from the adjacent, almost 1 km long Vrisi beach, you will come to Louma beach), or to the south (it is about 1.5 km to Lombardi beach).

The villa was well equipped, clean, central to many shops and beaches and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there in Protaras. My kids especially loved being able to step outside and jump into a pool.
I booked an oceanview villa with rent private villas for a weeks holiday for my family in July. They could not have been more helpful and the service they provided was exceptional. I have to give a special thank you to resort manager Stephanie who organised a table at a fantastic restaurant and ordered balloons for me as a special surprise for my daughters 21st birthday. The villa was beautiful it was very clean and well equipped and we all had a lovely holiday. Thank you very much for everything I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family and will definitely be booking with you again.

Very nice villa, well equipped within walking distance to the beach and shops. Nice pool, clean and well presented. There was nice shaded areas and comfortable outside eating area with very good gas BBQ.
As always we were very happy with our villa. Clean, impressive, and looking forward to our next visit in September.
